ASD offers learnership opportunities for persons with disabilities, and prides itself on the empowering of persons with disabilities by providing, sourcing, and developing job opportunities for them through this learnership process. ASD is Proud to be a BBBEE Level 2 Contributor.

Altitude Skills Development (ASD) is essentially a training and employment-support company in South Africa, with a particular focus on helping people with disabilities gain skills and find work.
ASD acts as a conduit for people with disabilities, taking them from a learning environment and placing them in jobs and promoting better entrepreneurial opportunities for those who want to be self-employed. The skills which they develop through our programs enhance their ability to cope better with the stress generated in the modern workplace.
Altitude Skills Development
